10 years of progress! What do you guys think?

You're playing an ok beat like others said, but you are missing some important fundamentals: try keeping time with your hi-hat foot when you're playing the ride cymbal. You need more skill moving both hands around the kit - I never see your left hand touch a floor tom and all your fills are just single hits. How about some double stroke playing and moving around the kit? Timing is so-so. You don't get in and out of your fills accurately enough - tough to play with a band that way. Then there's stick control and dynamics - play the drums, don't just hit them. Really it's 10 years without a teacher is what I'm looking at, sorry if that sounds harsh. I'm amazed at the lack of technique with young drummers. You could be doing a whole lot more after 10 years.
