Hi! I’m not sure if this is the place to post this, but I have a close family member who is currently losing weight on a diet she found called the carnivore diet. She’s only been eating meat for 41 days. She’s older than I am, and doesn’t take well to criticism or being told what to do. I’m a little worried that this might be harmful to her health, but I was wondering if anyone has encountered this form of keto dieting and if there was any way they could help the other person or navigated it themselves in a healthy way? (Like, maybe if I convince her to add in some nuts or avocado that it will help with long term effects nutrition imbalance.) I’ll probably only have one shot at this so I want to make it count, if possible.
