26 F back in school and struggling.

I have been looking for part-time work, which was why I was so upset that unemployment said I disqualify for being a full-time student - that I'm literally restricted by their standards for both. At least via unemployment benefits, I would be making some money while looking for work.

Training benefits are basically the same, but you're paid for being in school, rather than looking for work. I am doing online classes so that housing isn't an issue for me. I e-mailed my school's financial dept but I'm waiting a response. I'm not even sure what happened there, because they told me months ago they never received my FAFSA, but suddenly I was eligible for the Board of Governor's grant since my parents are both on Social Security. That was a huge help, but it only paid for registration and not living expenses. Which, btw, I'm not looking to live luxuriously while in school. I just need to be able to pay my bills. I'm fortunate enough to not have to pay rent or for food.

I also want to make clear I'm not trying to whine, but if you have no experience in my realm of question, I think it would be better that you don't go pressing for literal figures. I figured I would get the best help in this subreddit, since my issues revolve around finances; perhaps there is still someone out there with the correct advice for me. You know just what I have posted, nothing about this "tough love" you say I need. I have been through plenty and I'm trying to recover from it. Just because something is easy, or even "not fun, but possible" for you, does not mean that everyone else can handle the same responsibilities. I'm battling depression and anxiety on top of these issues, which makes even just hopping out of bed and getting a shower daily a massive feat. Just please be aware that not everyone is at 100% operating levels, ok?
