30+ , what advice would you give to a 22 year old?

Make sure your facial moisturizer has SPF in it. I’m 24, but I look 18.

Also, have as much sexual as you can while you’re young and not busy. Use contraceptives! Plan B, birth control, and/or condoms. As I get older and I’m starting my career soon, I find it difficult to make time for intimacy. I go home and sleep because I’m beat. I have sex like once a week. Twice if I’m lucky.

A lot of my friends are having kids now and I see them struggling. Have kids when you have a career set, when you own a house, and make enough money to effortlessly feed a third mouth without financially struggling.

Also, have a savings. Like for reals. You have no idea how many times life has thrown curveballs at me where I need $500+ dollars stat or when I totaled my car and had no savings to buy a new one.

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Eat well. Like a low meat and high, fruit, veg, and meat diet. Walk a lot. I don’t exercise, but I maintain my weight and health that way.

And last but not least, know who your friends are and which ones to trust. Some of the people you consider to be friends might not be who they portray themselves to be.
