I(33f) have never consistently worn a bra in my life. My boyfriend (33m) is now upset I won't wear one.

This would be like if I only liked wearing a Speedo in the summer.

Can I? Yes. Should I be judged or treated differently because of that? No. Will I? Yes.

I’m all with OP here people. Free the nipple. I’m literally agreeing that no one should have to wear a bra and they SHOULDNT be treated or judged because of it.

But the reality of it is that you will be. I was just trying to show OP the reasons why they do, not because she should change her mind or behavior, but if she is going to make that choice, she should do the smart thing and at least attempt to understand the other side so she can be firm in her decision.

Not to mention, she should still want to understand her bf’s feeling and behaviors, even if they arnt healthy, so she can decide for herself if this relationship will work instead of just blindly drawing lines in the sand and making anything else a hard no. Life is this huge mix of grey, there is no black and white.
