While common here and masterbation arn't related, the concept remains the same. This is a public forum so I don't need to consent for you to comment as it doesn't physically affect you. Marriage is that forum, someone's SO shouldn't feel the need to ask for consent to do something with their own body if they aren't physically interacting with the other person. Now if they are forcing themselves into you when you said I don't feel like being intimate then that's different.
