I used to put up with this shit and I was always begging people to do something, ANYTHING when the project is due in three hours. About half the time they wouldn't reply and the other half they would shit out some hot garbage 10 minutes before the project was due.

In my senior year, I've developed a new strategy. I speak to my group as little as possible and I set out to do an A project by myself from day one. I get everything done a week early on my own and I slap their names on it too because I don't give a shit, I just want to get this over with. I'm past being outraged about how lazy and incompetent group members are or trying to make them do their part. I just accept from day one that I'll be doing it all on my own and I get to it. So far its working very well.
