Dear Reddit So recently my account on the Oceania server was permanently banned due to toxic behaviour. Now my behaviour may not have been up to an appropriate standard. However I have recently moved house and am now living with my mother who currently has very poor internet and is unable to afford a better internet. As a result so games I have terrible connection issues and as a result have a very poor game. During these games I regularly get heavy amount of abuse from my teammates and sometimes it has lead me to retaliate with toxic comments. Now I do not consider myself a toxic individual and I'm a generally very kind and caring towards others. I would also like to point out that I have been playing this game for over 3 years and have spent over $400 on various in game content. Do you guys believe it is fair to permanently ban an account simply due to personal issues like this, and does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can get my account back. Thank you to everyone who responds :D edit: I just want to point out that I do test my connection in a custom game before playing with others, as some people are commenting that I shouldn't play if I think I will have connection issues.
