Most likely going to get downvoted for this, judging by the thread, but it's not like Adut is some minor model whose face isn't easily recognisable within the modelling industry. She's one of the most sought after models in the world.

Racial or not, it's inexcusable that some editor let this go through, especially when Adut and Flavia look nothing alike apart from their skin colour and close-cropped hair. Would Who have mistakenly put on a picture of a pixie-cut Edie Campbell in the place of Ruth Bell in another scenario? Probably not. Because they look nothing alike apart from their blonde closely-cropped hair. And that's part of the problem.
