I'm curious about this - I used to be an asst. manager at a financial institution and we had a lot of very smelly customers, from BO to weed you could smell a mile away, and we had to service them all just the same. I didn't really care what kind of customer they were and treated everyone the same unless they were loud and obnoxious before even letting me try to help them, then bye Felicia. The only time I ever asked anyone to leave is when they threatened someone or started screaming in the lobby or tried doing something blatantly illegal or something.

I had a special citrus air spray in the back ready to go for those lovely customers though.
