YTA for sexualizing tampons, and for equating them to condoms.

I also used pads when I was younger, and they sucked. They fit awkwardly, often came unstuck from my underwear and would twist around, the sticky parts would come lose and then stick to my skin and pinch / pull those areas, and even though I was hygienic and careful and changed them often throughout the day, I honestly thought they had a smell to them from the blood that was overall unpleasant. I complained to my mom and she suggested I try tampons instead - and what a difference it made. Haven't used pads since.

This is a comfort and effeciency issue, not something you need to sexualize. Get over yourself.
