obviously you are a ginormous asshole for cheating on your husband . And causing this whole mess .

Joe is an asshole for sleeping with his best friend’s wife and not even waiting for his body to be in the ground to try and start things up again.

If Joe accepted your decision not to be there , then he knows it’s because he doesn’t deserve to be there . Who cares what anyone else thinks . Your husband forgave you and decided to keep working on your marriage and family. His choice .

Having your affair partner present at the funeral would be messed up.

I’m all for making a funeral less stressful for an already grieving child .
