AITA for wanting to send my sister a monthly helping payment while she looks for a job against my wife's wishes?

I edited the part where I said he was a good husband but he isn't a bad husband also, he's just flawed and sometimes you don't react appropriately in a disagreement, it's human. He should realise his mistake of not being respectful towards his wife and apologize for the same. I financially contribute towards my parents household and therefore I have two different accounts one joint and one single, my independent account is for my expenses towards me and my side of the family and joint account is for joint expenses towards my partner. OP is seeing this as a obligation, you really can take out obligations out of a person without inducing a lot of guilt.
