In what world is it okay to wear a bridal costume to someone else’s engagement party? Sure you didn’t know this was going to be the wedding but holy fuck that costume should have been approved by the bride-to-be before you wore it to her engagement party.

Sure, there was no set theme for the costume party. But common sense says not to dress as a literal fucking bride to events that have to do with someone else’s wedding/engagement. I’m sure they also didn’t specify “no Hitler costumes” or “no offensive costumes” yet you had enough common sense not to show up looking like a Nazi or as the stereotype “Mexican in a sombrero” costumes you used to see everywhere.
