You need a marriage counselor more than you need the opinions from here. Doing things like introducing forgiveness into your marriage toolbox and not adding up all the bad things that have been done would benefit you. He needs to get a clue about pleasing his woman a little more and grow some romance. Sex, or the taking away of, should never be used as a weapon against your partner. That should be the one thing you both can agree on. Make up sex is the best!!
