Where did I say that? Biden has been in office for years and has specific agencies that are supposed to have been fixing problems like this. It's 2023, why are you acting like he JUST took office?

The blame lies with both. Both the GOP and centrist Dems like Biden are bought and paid for by corporations. Biden has had years to fix this and has actively worked against rail workers while failing to re-implement the regulations. You need to get your head checked if you think he's blameless here.
