Alright Reddit, what is your spookiest or most unexplainable event that has ever happened to you? [serious]

I swear to god, I'm mildly psychic.

I have weird, sometimes intense reactions to events before they occur. When I was 18, a friend of mine joined a cult. I hadn't seen her in months, but she was coming round to mine for dinner. As I walked to pick her up, I got a violent urge to *run.* I ignored it, and only found out about the cult after she was back at mine. Earlier this year I was in an argument with a cousin, and while I was at work I got an intense sense that I had to check my phone, accompanied by a feeling of doom. I took my break, and lo and behold, new texts from her.

The freakiest one though is the death of my cousin, who died by suicide. He had been battling depression and anorexia for several years, the kind that involves inpatient programs for months at a time. I had no history of either disorder and no symptoms even vaguely close to his. When he first developed his anorexia, I simultaneously got an urge to start losing weight. I got past it, but the timing was weird. But the worst was his death. In the month leading up to his death, I started mirroring his symptoms. My mental health crashed, and I felt a constant sense of despair and helplessness. I stopped eating. My weight dropped drastically. I started self-harming in small ways, but it was escalating fast. I was genuinely scared for my own safety. Then one night, I just stopped. I stayed up late and drank hot chocolate, and felt fine. Woke up the next morning and discovered he'd died that night.

There's more - I regularly know things I just shouldn't. It's my trivia superpower. I'll look at a question i KNOW i don't have the answer to and sometimes I'll just instinctively know the right answer. This isn't just me that's noticed; I've been told by friends, family members, and coworkers that it's spooky. Once when I was a kid, I walked into school, saw a friend of mine from across the classroom, and instantly just knew her dog had died over the weekend. When I was 7, I tried to convince my dad to invest in Tesla. When I was 14, I got the feeling I should buy a bitcoin. (I didn't listen to either of those feeling and I'm still mad abt it lmao)

A lot of this could be explained by really, *really* strong thin slicing skills and a few insane coincidences, but personally, I just think I'm a liiiiiittle bit spooky. It's more fun that way.
