I am 22, rock bottom and drinking heavily, please help me

I did the same thing at 21 when I could finally legally buy my own bottles. At first I was slowly going through some different flavors of smirnoff for a about a year then it transitioned to being alone, depressed, downing half a bottle of my favorite bottle of Irish cream every other day. Now I'm 23 and only just recently stopped because of some heath scares. You should stop now. Life is shit and drinking feels amazing so I understand. It gets rid of the sadness, boredom and isolation. I miss it almost all the time but we're both young and if you don't want permanent liver damage or other painful organ failure then u gotta stop. It's a shit way to go out. This isn't the best advice but I've moved to smoking weed instead of drinking. It's less lethal in the end and will still fulfill that craving. Terrible advice but it is what it is.
