I am the Morninghead guy. In the last year after Shark Tank, I helped my buddy start a company that's now processing over $350 million/yr. Tell us your idea and we'll tell you how to grow it with zero cash (like my last AMA, we'll answer every single question today). AUA!

Alright, so my buddy and I were tossing around this idea to enter in our University's 2016 business competition. I'm a marketing major and he's a psychology major.

Him and I are pretty big fitness enthusiasts and I'm an aspiring bodybuilding competitor. One of the of the biggest problems I've faced in my journey is dieting and availability of certain foods in order to get the necessary nutrients. I'm a bartender so my schedule is a bit off and I'm used to going to bed in the later hours of the night. Some days its just not practical with my busy schedule to have all my meals prepped and ready (I'm a full-time student year round very involved on campus).

So we were thinking, how great would it be to have a clean-eating Chipotle-style restaurant that is open 24 hours?! I say "Chipotle-style" not in the sense of mexican food, but in the sense of having a customizable assortment of foods to choose from to create your own meals. You can go up to the counter, choose your protein (meat), choose your carb (rice, quinoa, wheat products), and choose your vegetables. Also amongst that would be extra foods that help fulfill your daily fat requirements etc etc. I know tons of people who work late schedules and its really difficult to stay on track diet-wise when your only option at 3am is WaWa, 7-11, other convenience stores, and fast food places. It also is very appealing to the people who can't food prep enough or are too lazy to do it often.

We would be different from the Muscle Maker Grill in that everything is made to order right in front of you behind clear class (like at Chipotle), and we are offering full 24 hour service.

My question to you is, what is the best way to create a business plan for this that really distinguishes us and separates us from competition? What is the efficiency of operating 24 hours and is there really room for profits there? How can we effectively market this and show need?

I am open to any and all advice to try and make something like this work!
