Who gives a fuck about a couple centimeters and millimeters? The idea that someone standing 1 cm ahead of the defender has some sort of crash advantage is ridiculous. Football was always played without this sort of precision referring and God was it better than this mess.

Not to mention it didn’t end any controversy at all, it made discussions about referring even more common and their role in the game is even more important.

Can anyone honestly say the soccer or fairer now? Can anyone say adding VAR has made the game more competitive?
