Any Guilt on Being Fire?

How can you really rationalize it? It's not fair and it may never be. my daughter just donated all of her birthday money ($330) to World Wildlife Fund and American Red Cross (to help Beirut). She said she's sick of being a spoiled white girl (I am very frugal and she knows it, but some of her friends are filthy rich and spoiled). I told her be glad that she was born into a well-off family in a well-off country and to use that advantage to be the good in the world. Get a nursing degree and go work for the Red Cross or something, be a wildlife biologist and make a difference.

What else can we do? I'm not going to be one of those self-loathing people who feel guilt for not living in poverty, but I will use my hard-earned early retirement to help the disadvantaged. Which is exactly what I'm doing.
