Has anyone ever felt like theres two of you?

Actually many people have these kind of thoughts sooner or later in their life, concepts like a mirror universe etc., these are conceptualized in manyfold ways in the entertainment industry. It's not unnormal to have these thoughts, but it would be unhealthy and senseless to constantly dwell on them and basically being held hostage by them. Just dont let it confuse you. You can imagine all kinds of cool and crazy stuff in your mind, but always be aware that you don't get stuck in such concepts. We experience ourselves and the world via our minds throughout our whole life, so it's very normal to explore and get to know all kinds of places within, one of which would be the concept you referred to. But in the end it's just a possibility to see the world, a filter you put on to experience yourself, and over which you actually have the power to rule.

As for the consious/unconsious thing, naturally the way information gets processed is both in a conscious and an unconscious "section". Psychoanalysts from Jung over Freud to countless Gurus have different approaches to how the two can be understood. Maybe research on the topic a little for yourself so you can have better grip on these kind of things.

And lastly, it's also not uncommon to have difficulties describing feelings and thoughts, after all our language has its limits ;) Maybe it'll help you to write down what you want to bring out, and your coach can read it and analyze it. (Maybe, just maybe, you should think about seeking another coach who doesn't refer to your troubles as being "silly". I had severe depression two years ago and I decided I need some counseling, so I searched the net for therapists in my area by their faculties and ratings, but also by looking at their picture, to find out if we'd harmonize. It went really successful :))
