We are Brendan and Bryan from The Fighter And The Kid podcast. Ask Us Anything!

Okay so I've been listening to Rogan's podcast for a long, long time. And that cliche fan sentiment you hear about 'listening to this has truly changed my life for the better' definitely rings true for me as well. That being said, these days.. I find myself checking for TFATK episodes before ANYTHING else, despite being a religious listener of JRE for a long time + keeping up with 10 or so other podcasts. I guess what I'm trying to say is.. you've truly converted me into a fan, and I look forward to your episodes with a similar glee that Mr. Hands must have felt waiting for that equine yogurt cannon.

Enough honeydickin' .. here's a few questions that I can muster up off the top of my head. Sorry for the length (that's what someone said before engaging in intercourse) - this is the first time I've actually been prepared for an AMA. Feel free to pick whichever are the most interesting to you.

Both: Now that the dust has settled from TFATK3D being unleashed like a sweaty alabama hog snake into the eyes and ears of the world.. what are your takeaways? What do you want to do differently next time?

Both: What are some dream guests you'd like to get on TFATK? Probably goes without saying, but would not be mad at all if his holiness Dwayne The Rock Johnson came on.

Brendan: Do you see yourself doing stand-up sets outside of the TFATK live shows at any point? Or are you enjoying where you are right now?

Brendan: I had my first Jiu Jitsu class recently (holy fuckballs was that intimidating) at a local studio. Although I am really interested in submission grappling / NoGi, I opted to start in the Gi and get my fundamentals down before eventually transitioning to NoGi. Do you think this is a smart approach?

Both: If you could hypothetically find the time, what skills / hobbies would you like to learn or take up?

Brian: I manage a bar and fancy myself a wine lover as well. I love asking this question to my wine friends - what was the bottle that made you fall in love? Favorite regions / varietals? Do you also enjoy cocktails / spirits or do you stick to the juice? Favorite wine programs in LA area?

Both: *(This one's a bit of a 1-2 thinker) Do you think it's more advantageous to focus in one one specific passion, rather than pursuing multiples concurrently? It seems like the individuals who really 'make it' in their field drop everything else & dedicate themselves 150% to perfecting said craft, skill, profession, etc. This rings especially true with the two fields I currently find myself passionate about - running a restaurant, and being a musician. What are your thoughts on finding long-term success when you're passionate about more than one thing?

Guys, honestly thank you so much for what you do. You're both funny as hell and I can't WAIT to see a live show.
