Attending docs, what’s your mortgage looking like?

I’m interested in this because I’m a hospital contracts manager and I know for a fact that one is the largest hospital organizations pays the CEO’s mortgage and moving expense (all CEO’s in every state we operate in and executive VP’s for the first two years of their contract.) and they don’t move to humble 3 bedroom homes, they move to gated communities and get homes right on the golf course.

As for physician contracts, we pay at most their living expenses up to $10K and start paying down their student loans. But I always wondered if there was a conversation or agreement outside of the contracts managers that pay some of the physicians mortgages.
