exempt from shifts longer than 12h due to health? (where are the bipolar residents)

this is just like another commenter saying "I struggle with 3 12's as a CNA" when that wasn't the issue with my post, they're projecting disability onto me. I struggle with high patient load and with being in school simultaneously.

I want to go into medicine because my chronic illness has stabilized due to integrative care, despite doctors telling me this was impossible. I want others with chronic illness to feel better. and I want to advance research in the blind spots that have caused medicine to fail me and others.

im prepared to work 60+ hour weeks. I just need to sleep 6 hours each night.

maybe if medicine had more people like me, the standard of care for mental and physical chronic illness would be different.
