AZ law - Verbally terminated before handing in a letter of resignation dated prior to verbal termination date. Which takes legal Precedence in a court lawsuit?

Look this is my first time on reddit. I came here seeking an answer to a possibly simple question from people who may be legal experts hoping for some additional advice along the way. I felt like I was ridiculed immediately for doing so and not knowing how to respond to things like what legal case. There is no legal case. I'm going to consult a lawyer, but I'm not a lawyer and I'm basing all my knowledge on research I've done over a short amout of time since it happen, not from movies. I am a member of protected class and the person who filed the claim against me is not. I've been coping with some really horrible symptoms and it felt like I was being kicked while i was down the instant I asked for advice and/or help. I'm not claiming hostile work environment just that I have a disorder and when I documented this disorder,I belive management saw me as a liability because i was immediately grilled on why i was bring in the documentation. My supervisor immediately told me if I document my disorder I was taking it to the next level and she would have to do what's best for the department. Yes, i may or may not have made a mistake by having a letter of resignation with me, but I do not want a record of causing a hostile work environment or harrassement in my employment history when I did neither. I have an emergy savings account, so it's not like I'm going to be homeless if I don't get unemployment for a couple months. So, I'm a member of a protected class, who's been enduring behavior from a coworker causing stress, which is making the my symptoms worse, I make that known, and all of a sudden I, the perons who followed the employee handbook and everything i leaned in college regarding this kind of situation, with actual evidence was found guilty, when the other party has zero evidence got is still employed for filed a false harrassment claim is still employed. Contrary to what you may believe I work hard and work well with my coworkers. I was not being a whiney employee,we were in a meeting after after my coworker had an emotional screaming fit. I did tell my supervisor that she refused to answer work related questions because he didnt have the time, but then immediately went on facebook for 20 minutes. You are right I have learn a lot about the employment world: don't trust anyone becaue they may turn on you, keep a dirt book just in case, and asking people for help on reddit legal advice was a mistake.
