Becky who blocked guy from entering his building is fired.

I’d probably feel uncomfortable providing access to the building to a stranger

If this guy bee-lined his way in behind her, she is free to seek building security or someone with authority there (as a property manager, she should know better then most whom to contact) and let them know there is a possible issue. If he is a resident who didn't have his keys or whatever, they will deal with it, if he didn't belong in the building they will still deal with it. Why is she demanding to know which unit is his? Why is she demanding he show her his key card or demonstrate by using his key card?

She put herself in this situation as some kind of power trip with a possible racist motive and now she lost her job. Hope it was worth it, Becky!
