Biker making this lady’s day

This is Buttercup, my miniature horse. She's getting old, about 20 years now. When she was younger, she was a big troublemaker. I was never worried about her biting or kicking, she just enjoyed causing mischief.

A few years ago, we had a goat that was bonded with her. Every morning, I'd let them out of the gate into the pasture. For a couple of weeks one year, I'd go to let them out and and the goat would already be in the pasture. I could not figure out how she kept getting out. The lever to the gate was too heavy for her to move. There was nothing close enough for her to climb on. No holes, nothing. I finally bought a little trail camera to stick out there to figure out the problem.

Turns out the lever to the gate was too heavy for the goat, but not for Buttercup. She'd push against it and open it enough for the goat to get out, but she never came out. She'd even nudge the goat towards the opening if the goat was hesitating to go out. She just liked getting the goat in trouble.
