Boulder prohibits gatherings of any size for 18-22 year olds

I posted this in another thread on here but thought it was even more relevant on this one so here ya go.

I am a young American guy, barley 19. These are supposed to be the best years of my life and filled with adventure. Instead I am stuck inside at home all day, working a souless 9-5 wasting away. I look outside and there are two things to do, go to the park or eat fast food. Everyone is so easily consumed and controlled by the media and technology of today. Its sickening to me that everyone is just so okay with it and sometimes I feel like the book 1984 was really onto something.

I long to be born into a time like the 70's and be a young adult during the 80's or even 90's. Social interaction seemed so real and people actually cared about each other and lived to be happy. Now you cant even see a stranger smile or emote in any way cause everyone wears a mask and is buried in their phone. No random conversations, everyone keeps things minimal and is afraid of eachother. Its just very dark and cold out there.

People who got to live their young adult life in the US (or other western country) during the 80's, 90's, and early 2000's just know how lucky you are. Seems simple and laughable out of context to say that but its real, I feel like my sanity and youth are being wasted away working for peanuts. You guys had real opportunities to be whatever and your money went far compared to now. Those days are long gone and probably wont ever come back. What's the point in being "safe" if you cant live, do the youth not deserve the opportunities you had?

My generation is fucked, we have been burdened with the financial and social implications of all of this. God forbid it ends in some sorta civil war if this doesn't stop and sane people revolt! Our futures are going to be laden with some of the hardest times since the great depression and world wars. People don't even seem to see what this all will look like in 10 - 15 yrs if it doesn't stop. Its just so sad to see it slowly happening, and then throw stuff like Antifa/BLM and the political climate on top of it all.

Don't give up out there, freedom is well worth it and you aren't just fighting for yourself and your demographic. Anyways guys I wish you all well and this subreddit has been a real beacon of light for me.
