Not really. First of all, you accepted the possibility that I went bankrupt when you lent me the money, and in any functioning society you would just eat the loss and move on, with my reputation being shatters and the discipline of constant dealings making it so nobody ever loans me money ever again. Alternatively, you could make me signing a contract with a personal guarantee on your money back a prerequisite to giving me the loan, at which point you'd have everything you needed to get an arbitrator to rule in your favor and your rights enforcement agency to send a squad of dudes over to posses my boat or something else of equal value if I wasn't cooperating. Or if you're really, really Rothbardian you could just steal money out of my safe to repay yourself, but ethical or not that wouldn't go over well with the neighbors so it's inadvisable. But you're never justified in committing violence and forcing me to be your slave until my debt is paid until I have literally no material possessions to balance the debt and I've gone rogue and am refusing to cooperate. Even then, as I say, it better be a pretty large debt for that to go over well with the neighbors, so it could be worth dismissing.
