Breaking the lease to buy a home

My landlord who bought our rental a year ago initially told me it was cool to break lease when I told em a week ago I was looking to buy a house. Then immediately following blew me and my entire family off including kids. Has been extremely disruptive doing exterior renovations with zero warning now since we've told them despite everything. We've been great renters paid on time for 5 years. Then a sudden attitude shift. Let's forget im paranoid... landlord scares the shit out of me outside and tells me " I spoke to my lawyer and that contract is legally binding until may". Ok fuck you.... you said it was cool do what I need to do for my family and lead me to beleive you'll let us out.....

Well long story short yea im buying a house with 6 months on lease and im not paying it.... it's called being judgement proof having protected income and knowing the value of home even with a lien and knowing that they'll honestly never be able to collect.... and it's said becuase had they said anything other then my lawyer said.... no fuck your lawyer it's what yall were arguing about and we heard you ( they live next door) don't feel bad im done renting and they can get fucked.
