so what? it's the same thing the id guys did...this only seems like another reddit circlejerk. I'm no fan of this guy or the mod, but this is getting ridiculous every time it's posted.
Also, he may or may not be an assehole, but nobody ever posts proof. The internet should have cured us of "my uncle has a cool story,100% true"...

1)Do we know that he did this maliciously ? Doom has a very vibrant community, tons of assets where floating around, it was impossible to know 100% who made what and when.
2)so he gave them credit? Maybe he needed time to be convinced? Maybe he needed a few months to release a new version and add those names? Without information nobody knows.
3) again...maybe, maybe not. nobody ever posts proof of this.
4)this is one of those reddit things. There's a difference between someone bullying another person,harassing them, or someone repeating stupid memes. Go spend a few minutes on 4chan for example, there are people saying stupid shit all the time. "Kill yourself" is a meme, maybe a troll kept annoying him, so he told him to kill himself....
Really, can we know all of this? Out of maybe dozens of threads about brutal doom, I didn't see a single piece of evidence except redditors stroking each other...Also, the whole point about giving credit is overblown...these are mods, made by fans for fans, these are not products made by companies, no need to be so fucking serious about it...also, he did add them in the end.

It's all bullshit. He may be a horrible person, or he might be a saint. All the threads I have read about him and this mod didn't convince me either way.
