Can confirm

can you describe how you played it smart? I’m curious. My brother and sister played it smart in an way that one enlisted and went to school for free after his run was over(community college, then transferred to ucberk idk how he did it but he also interned for google and was getting paid 3,500etc a month while in cc). My other brother also enlisted and he’s playing it safe in a way? My sister went to community college, traveled she barely took out loans and only loans to really study abroad and party is basically what she told me and after that she transferred to ucla and she told me she only has about 40,000 in loans bc she went shopping? (What she told me to) But she also told me she would google scholarships and apply everyday, she also told me that cc is basically free and she’s a counselor at a community college I’m taking classes in (I’m in high school tho so it’s just one class I’m taking for fun kinda) and they made a plan for me for economics but that’s not really my forte. I’m just curious because I have no clue what I’m doing and if I ask them they just say follow a set schedule and try not to fuck up. I guess what I’m wondering is it really easy to go to community college and take classes and transfer? I know my siblings did but my sister was a HUGE slacker and she said if she can I can too but my other sibling said “just enlist because you overreact over everything and you’re fucking up your life too much right now so enlist so you can set yourself straight and won’t quit college” they’re not helpful towards college because they did do it themselves. I’m just nervous and have no clue what to do. Because they made themselves be something great and I just can’t live up to standards my parents have because of them.
