Can some of you explain why you support republican politicians that voted for/against these bills?

"removing tax credits businesses that move jobs overseas" seems way to vulnerable to selective enforcement. You could easily get away with only enforcing this for corporations that refuse to donate to your political cause. Being able to reduce the cost of labor is a huge benefit to a corporation and the only long-term solution is to increase the competitiveness of our labor market so that businesses don't have a reason to want overseas labor.

Why couldn't the legislation be as simple as needing to meet certain criteria before your tax credits are removed?

Campaign Finance Reform - I think that the problems that we have from a mostly hands-off approach to campaign finance are much smaller than the problems we could have by giving the executive branch power to determine what kinds of political speech are too involved with money. For example, a law that says "the executive branch can write regulations to limit campaign spending to less than $250,000" might be used by a Democratically controlled executive branch to write a regulation against airing TV ads totalling more than $250,000, which would disproportionately injure Republican campaigns as more of their voters watch TV.

Why couldn't we just require no outside funding for campaigns? Only government funding. It would remove your concerns and the need for politicians to be constantly raising money.

The ADA reduced the rate of employment of disabled people permanently. Creating a mechanism to sue an employer for discrimination incentivizes an employer to avoid any business with members of the protected class.

I'm very curious if you have any evidence of this occurring on a large scale. I find it hard to believe that occurs very often, or anywhere remotely close to actual discrimination in the work place.
