I love idiots who say this. First of all, if you aren't complete trash you can rank up easily voting to FF because it's more efficient to take the L with a shit teammate and cycle through more games. It is also more likely to find a compatible teammate this way since you are playing more games in the same time. Find a compatible teammate and the 6-7 games you win a row (often a few of these wins by FF) more than make up for the 3-4 you voted to FF at 1-0.

The people who get upset about FF votes are obviously ignorant trash who lose a lot and can't handle giving up a single match because they can't win the next one. Spending 5-10 EXTRA minutes trying to get one win is so juvenile when you can just FF, get the win the next game and have an extra chance for a teammate that you like.

This is all before even mentioning that it is a fucking video game and you're still gonna be an autistic loner whether you win or not. Your rank means nothing. This game is cancer and it's because you kids take your rank waaaaaay too seriously. Grow up.
