I was caught browsing Reddit two years ago.

I work in IT Security for a company that has many call centers across the U.S. We have a shit load of third party clients that have various needs and wants, rules and regulations. So, as a result, we work entirely from a least access policy where agents only have access to exactly what the client needs from them. Everything else is blocked by the proxy and the machines are completely locked down via GPO.

So… what interests me about OP’s company, if it’s against policy, why the fuck wouldn’t you just block Reddit? That tells me this is some shitty small business call center with a light IT presence and somebody had a weird power trip
