The City of Toronto government is currently losing $65 Million every week because of COVID-19

As for proof that international students pay more than the imputed "true cost" of tuition, the truth of that should be pretty obvious.

If it's so "obvious", then feel free to cite the financial statements that prove it. Spoiler, you can't. Universities are not profit centers. As non-profit institutions they legally cannot be profit maximizers as any other for-profit business. Just as tuition fees are regulated by the government for domestic students, their entire financial structure is regulated. It's not a fucking for profit business.

What I wrote was meant to refute your claim that they do not pay the true cost of tuition.

To refute a claim, you actually have to refute it, or prove your counter-claim is correct, bub. Maybe if you actually paid attention in school, you'd know that.
