Yes, as of now they have been relegated, but they've been in a huge slump recently, particularly in their online performances. In terms of their total history, Virtus Pro has been known as one of the best teams; if you look at this post you can see that VP is ranked second of all time (or third if you count SK + Luminosity). Now obviously, that can be debated; however it does demonstrate the fact that VP has been a very good team for a while.

From what you say, you genuinely sound like VP is some random Premier team who just recently got put into the spotlight (again, not trying to be rude). You also sound like you think snax is some new talent in the pro scene. But, in fact, VP has been a good team for a long time, and has had very few roster changes for a while. Snax has been known as perhaps the best player on VP, too.
