"The Clintons, after all these years as the dominant power couple in the Democratic establishment, also project an imperious sense of entitlement."

SO: what I get is in 40 minutes it wasn't possible to even look up what Cory Booker said?

And it's necessary to make a baseless excuse.

Great.

What the Citizens United sponsors "got away" with (any idea who that is? ANY at all?) was turning our democracy over to the Regents: the ALEC (any idea who that is?) for instance who have used CAMPAIGN MONEY to control numerous states. And run those states into the ground - so that they are forced to "disinvest" in higher education and infrastructure.

Cory Booker (any idea who he is?) points out the problem of disinvestment and how that is severely hurting this country. It hurts the very states that do this. Public universities in North Carolina (know where that is?) for instance account for an over $60 Billion value to the local economy.

But ALEC "owns" them. They don't get democracy. The people can't get an ALEC (look up ALEC yet?) legislature to turn around and start to reinvest on their own.

Citizens United and the people who run ALEC have hamstrung this country and made our future not as bright.

Mrs Clinton who is pro-higher education came up with a solution to offer matching funds so that states can begin to re-empower and rebuild their funding of things like research universities and infrastructure.

All this negative stuff about her "behavior" ignores the attack on the US that was carried out in 2003 (know what this refers to?)

Reddit is part of Silicon Valley and my state. And our state needs to reinvest in things like research universities, and infrastructure if we're going to be able to deal with important issues as simple as water conservation.

What she offers is valuable here (know why yet?). Maybe Bernie could talk about it and that might do him some good.

She is fighting to eradicate Citizens United as Bernie is. Citizens United was aimed at her. She's been fighting longer than Bernie at this point, not to take anything away from Sanders.

I would say under the rules, as Stephen Colbert explained, you have to have the same resources that the ALEC has to fight them to elminate CU. If it wasn't a problem, Bernie's way would be working. But - its just not. We can't bring a fork to gun fight and expect to win.
