CMV: I'm not convinced that "stealthing" should be classified as rape.

Agreed, but what is happening here is the exact opposite. You are removing objects from the situation.

It doesn't matter. If consent is predicated on the presence of an object during sexual intercourse, and you remove that object and continue intercourse without consent, it is rape.

You can also tie up and whip a person without it being sexual and I therefore don't think those examples hold up either.

Well you know I have faith that people determined fit to sit on a jury can determine the difference between breastfeeding and sucking on a tit in the bedroom.

And I would like to mention that all the examples you brought up in defense of your position need two people while the removing a condom is a one person operation.

No, you need two people to have intercourse.

That's the exact position we are arguing and adding a clear sex act to it doesn't validate the original position.

No, my position has always been that removing a condom and continuing intercourse is a sex act. Removing a condom by yourself obviously isn't a sex act, but doing so as part of intercourse is.
