Your bottom line is this: If you put $100 in a rich person’s hand they will likely turn it into $110 in a year. If you put $100 in a homeless guys hand they will turn it into $0. Sure the homeless guys $100 goes into the economy, but the rich guy created an additional $10 of value that will compound exponentially in the future.

Think of how much value Google adds to the Californian/American economy? Revenue coming in from all over the world. Think of Google as a rich guy. If you were to highly tax Google and drive them out of America, that would be absolutely devastating to the economy. Unemployment rate would soar and the trickle down effect would destroy restaurants, coffee shops and the entrainment industry.
