This is what Trump campaigned on - like literally to a tee. "Investigate the deep state; investigate the Washington elite." I would be surprised if there weren't literally thousands of instances where Trump mentions investigating Biden and the Obama administration in general in campaign speeches.

You need to actually prove something for an offense to be impeachable. That is my argument. "I prefer my guesses about intent more than your guesses about intent" is not an impeachable offense - it is just an argument about politics. That is the point of this entire thread.
