Don't give up! I was in the same place as you are. My parents actually agreed to pay my whole scholarship until I'll finish college. After visiting college for 1 month actively, my anxiety took a full turn on me because of all the confusing work and the BS, that I was dealing in my personal life.

I started hiding in my dorm room 24/7 and never went to classes nor did I finish any papers & ended up dropping out of college because of my constant anxiety attacks. I blew a lot of cash from my parents just because of my fear from talking in public or in groups.
Don't end up like I am. Start taking care of yourself & build your confidience to speak in public, so you won't end up like me & make your parents ashamed of you for doing such a stupid thing.

I still do feel like a complete failure.
