I did exactly what you are aspiring to do, i.e Quant Research after and Ivy League education and retire rich.

Trust me when I tell you best people in the industry now follow the pence rule like the devout muslims follow the Quran. We don't take ( or like) a woman in our circles. Self preservation is the key. we hire women for the diversity quota, especially black women.

Also, in my team I had the policy that every women would be replaced within a 3-4 year cycle. Most of the people I know had heavy security and a strong NDA to protect themselves, including me. Although unlikely but things may have changed. I am not in the NYC anymore so won't be able to comment on this.

Choose Google or Bridgewater (if you can sruvive at BA- the stories you have hard are true). They are good places for female CS grads.
