CUE or am I missing something?

No sensitive information is posted but still plan to delete once I hopefully receive feedback.

Am I an idiot lacking reading comprehension or did the decision letter completely contradict itself?

I am claiming arthritis and labral tears due to the injury I was originally discharged for. Even if not getting compensated now getting service connection is very important.

Despite favourable terms on page 3 which cover all of the bases I was still denied stating I didn't meet criteria... After they themselves diagnosed me with said things and agreed with MRI evidence.

I've already called and I guess reported for a CUE but a month+ lead time on snail mail correspondence I'm just curious as what to expect. There's not really much online about this scenario. I appreciate feedback/experience, and what really to expect.

Other than it being a CUE I can appeal but like what the fuck man they have everything needed already lol
