These guys take VET TEC and can be done at a distance, 10 weeks of 12-hour days. I just finished, so not yet employed. One thing I really liked was that it's Java-focused, so you learn a real OOP language along with all of the Full-Stack stuff. That gives you flexibility to branch into other languages more easily, like how Java and C# are nearly identical.

When I took the course, they taught Angular for front-end programming (after learning some JavaScript). Angular is a little outdated, so they might switch to React. But what's cool about Angular is that it was invented by Google, along with Kotlin, which is the main language for Android development now. So the syntax is similar enough that you can pick up one by knowing the other.
