I work in the service industry, I’m a barista and I constantly have people come back after drinking something and deciding they don’t like how it tastes. Typically I just give them a refund or make them a different drink because I don’t feel like dealing with it. But realistically, I don’t have to and if this place doesn’t offer refunds, that’s life. I’d probably get annoyed too if someone pulled a phone on me for doing my job. He’s a dude working at a movie theater telling you that you can’t have your money back. What did the guy filming really think he was accomplishing here? Also it’s listed on YouTube as “racist behavior” and I can’t find part 2, so unless in that part there is racist behavior, it just seems just a stretch. Could the kids be a racist? Maybe but I don’t see any of it being displayed in the video. All around seems like an unnecessary situation. Buy a coke and eat the $3 you spent on a slushee and don’t get another one next time.
