Denmark bans kosher and halal slaughter as minister says ‘animal rights come before religion’

Well, nobody has ever had the privilege to jump inside an animal's consciousness, and ask them whether they'd rather be shot multiple times with a bolt gun in the head, or slit multiple times with a dull knife in the neck.

In this argument, you are the one making the bigger claim. I'm simply claiming that Kosher MIGHT be less painful to animals, and that because of this, we shouldn't force totalitarian measures onto our people, and give totalitarian power to our government... because we're not even sure.

You, on the other hand, are claiming to know with CERTAINTY, EXACTLY which method of death that animals prefer. And you somehow are so certain of your knowledge of animals' exact emotions, that you are confident enough to tell EVERYBODY exactly which way they must kill animals.

What is happening right now is a DISAGREEMENT. They're common in humanity. There are two ways to go about it, when we have a disagreement. The two sides can fight, until one forces the other side to abandon their beliefs. Or we can allow everybody to believe, and do what they think is right.

Oddly enough, YOUR ideas are closer to the monotheistic idea of religion(where ONE morality is ABSOLUTELY right) than mine. You're the one alleging that your divine method of killing, which causes no pain is so divine, that ALL must use it, with no deviation. The Jews aren't forcing their methods onto anybody. It's YOU who is doing the forcing here.
