Why DENUVO, like any other DRM, is bad for gamers

Yes, because the world has never seen DRM/Copyright protection that is "unbeatable" before. Denuvo will come and go just like everything that was "unbeatable".

You statement is completely backwards. Just because a developer made a game, doesn't mean they are entitled to anyone's money. Reading reviews and watching videos don't tell you squat about how well the game will run on your system, or meets any of your personal nuances unless you happen to be lucky enough to know a reviewer that has your exact same taste.

Single player games haven't been dying at all, but demos have long since died. They have died for (mostly) legitimate reasons, like it's harder and harder to close off a section of a game or release a partial game for a demo, file sizes, etc. The problem is, nothing has stepped up to replace demos besides youtube videos, which leaves a lot to be desired as far as figuring out if you want to drop 60 dollars or so on a game.

So no, no one has "lost" (what did the OP lose exactly in the first place?) and no "shit" is "ending". It might be on a temporary hold for some titles, but there are always people like you doom and glooming over the latest DRM/Protection and they are always proven wrong in the end.
