We don't like human rights

cmon there are plenty of problems with that and you know it. Just look at any genocide and ask yourself "Would it have been harder to commit the genocide if there was no central power with all authority?". If we could in theory live in a ancap or commie world and deal with violence via decentralized means the answer would be yes.

I am unsure what the commie solution is but from my libertarian point of view it seems clear that should a decentralized system for solving disputes exist then it just seems a lot clearer that less of the basic human rights would be infringed upon as there would be only a few groups wishing for this to happen and multiple other groups having a great incentive to stop it.

The jews in Germany only had one agency to protect their rights and it was the state but once the state began attacking them they had no way to protect themselves.
